This Allied Titanium clevis pin has a tall head with a hole through it to allow a screwdriver or marlinspike to be used for pulling the clevis pin out. It is fabricated from grade 5 (Ti-6Al-V4) titanium which makes it corrsion free, even in saltwater. Grade 5 titanium has a yield strength of 128,000 psi (880 Mpa) and an ultimate tensile strength of 138,000 psi (990 Mpa). In other words, this pin is very strong and beautifully machined before being media polished.
