These adapters make it possible to join a threaded port to flexible hose. By threading the male end of the port adapter into the female end of a port fitting, a hose can be slipped over the hose end of the adapter and fastened with a hose clamp.
Titanium is the perfect material for port to hose adapters. Failures in cooling systems often occur when the adapter is overcome by corrosion.
