These bolts are TRUE TITANIUM(TM), specifically Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V). Grade 5 titanium is a common aerospace alloy that has been used in commercial aircraft for decades. The bolts have a dimple in the top of the head that designates high strength and a flange under the head for distributing the bolting force. They are for use with 12 point sockets and wrenches. With a minimum yield strength of 128,000 psi (880 Mpa), they are designed for structural applications in engines, race cars, powerboats, machinery, etc. If you are looking for high strength, or lightweight, or zero rust and want a 12 point head, these bolts will work perfectly.
